1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing DevToolkit, including our browser-based developer utilities and engineering blog articles, you explicitly agree to enter a legally-binding usage agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you are restricted from using our tools, code generators, and technical documentation.

2. 100% Client-Side Executions & Data Privacy

Every developer utility—including JSON formatters, base64 encoders, cryptographic hash generators, QR generators, and PDF processors—operates exclusively within your local browser runtime using WebAssembly and client-side JavaScript. Zero source code, payload content, security tokens, or uploaded files are transmitted to external servers. Your data remains strictly private on your machine.

3. Allowed Usage & Restrictions

You are permitted to parse structures, validate system configurations, format code, and process documents for personal, commercial, or educational projects. However, automated scraping, abusive bot crawling, DDOS attacks, or actions that disrupt service availability or circumvent security controls are strictly forbidden.

4. Educational Articles & Technical Documentation Disclaimer

All blog posts, engineering guides, architectural blueprints, code snippets, and technical articles published on DevToolkit are provided solely for general educational and informational purposes. While we strive for absolute accuracy and technical precision, engineering specifications and software ecosystems evolve continuously. Code snippets and architectural instructions are provided "AS IS" without warranty. Developers and systems architects are advised to test and validate all code in isolated sandbox environments before deploying to production systems.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All original written articles, custom diagrams, technical guides, site branding, and UI designs on DevToolkit are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may excerpt or quote short passages with explicit attribution and a canonical backlink to the original article. Mass scraping, automated AI harvesting, or uncredited republication of full-length blog articles is strictly prohibited.

6. Cookies & Third-Party Advertising Disclosures (Google AdSense)

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website or other websites across the internet. Google's use of advertising cookies (specifically the DoubleClick cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. We utilize Google AdSense programmatic advertising to support and maintain our free, open-access suite of developer utilities and educational articles.

7. Personalized Advertising Opt-Out Procedures

Users retain full control over their advertising privacy settings. You may opt out of personalized Google advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings (https://www.google.com/settings/ads). Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out resource at www.aboutads.info or Your Online Choices (www.youronlinechoices.com).

8. Managing Browser Cookies & Local Data Storage

Cookies and browser local storage entries are small text files stored in your web browser memory. While DevToolkit tools process all user inputs strictly inside local client-side memory, advertising partners (such as Google AdSense) and performance analytics services (such as Google Analytics) may set third-party cookies to measure traffic and ad performance. You can block, reject, or clear cookies and local storage items at any time through your web browser preferences.

9. Absolute Warranty Disclaimer

THIS WEBSITE, ALL BROWSER UTILITIES, SOFTWARE TOOLS, CODE SNIPPETS, AND EDUCATIONAL ARTICLES ARE DELIVERED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WARRANTY. WE EXCLUDE ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PARSING ALGORITHMS AND CODE EXAMPLES ARE BELIEVED ACCURATE, BUT ALL RISK REGARDING EXECUTION RESULTS, OUTPUT FREEDOM FROM ERRORS, AND IMPLEMENTATION REMAINS SOLELY WITH THE USER.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL DEVTOOLKIT, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE LOSS, OR SYSTEM DOWNTIME) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR TOOLS OR EDUCATIONAL GUIDES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
